油菜素内酯生物合成和代谢研究进展

摘 要:

油菜素甾醇是一类甾醇类植物激素,它们对植物的生长发育起着重要的调控作用。经过四十余年的研究,科学家在油菜素内酯的生理功能、结构、合成与代谢途径以及信号转导通路等方面取得了一系列的重大研究进展。本文结合作者在油菜素内酯合成和功能方面的研究工作,着重对油菜素内酯的合成和代谢途径、其中的合成和代谢基因以及催化酶进行了总结,并且综述了油菜素内酯合成和代谢调控等方面的研究进展,最后对油菜素内酯的研究难题和应用前景进行了讨论和展望。

Advances in Brassinosteroid Biosynthesis and Metabolism

Abstract:

Brassinosteroids (BRs) are a group of steroidal phytohormones which plays essential roles in the regulation of plant growth and development. After more than 40 years’ studies, a series of important progresses have been made on the physiological roles, structure, biosynthesis and metabolism pathways, and signal transduction of brassinosteroid. Combined with our study on the functions and biosynthesis of BRs, this review aims to summarize the brassinosteroid biosynthesis and metabolism pathways, related BR biosynthetic and metabolic genes, and catalyzing enzymes. We further presented an up to date overview on the recent advances in the regulation of brassinosteroid biosynthesis and metabolism pathways, and finally discussed the research problems and application prospect of brassinosteroid.
